Returns & Refunds Policy – Maalik Traders

At Maalik Traders, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or accessories

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@maaliktech.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with proof of the issue.
