Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) – Maalik Traders
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
📩 Note: After you place an order, we’ll send a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email to verify your order before processing.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your order arrives. Any other payment options shown at checkout are processed through trusted third-party gateways, and we do not store any card or bank details.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can also reach out to us at maaliktech.pk@gmail.com to inquire about your order status.
4. What is your exchange policy?
Please check your product when you receive it. If it is not working, broken, or damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the problem is genuine, we will exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
5. How do I report a problem with my order?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0322 2879117 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send your order number and a clear description of the problem. We may ask for photos or a short video to verify the issue.
6. What is not covered?
We do not exchange products for change of mind or if you simply do not like them. We also do not exchange for problems reported after 24 hours, requests where no genuine fault is found, or damage caused after delivery (such as drops, water damage, or misuse).
7. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan. Delivery charges are Rs. 250. Orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after your order is confirmed. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
