1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping charges are Rs. 250, with delivery within 7 business days across Pakistan.

Note: For heavier or bulkier parcels, delivery charges may be higher than the standard Rs. 250 rate. Any additional charge will be communicated to you before dispatch.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all states within Pakistan.

5. Delivery Issues
